are not liable for any loss, injury or
damage, direct or
consequential, arising out of the use or inability of use

performance of the product. Buyer
assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection
therewith. STATT Composites has no
control over the use
of the products it sells. Since
conditions of use are outside our control, we can
not assume liability for
results obtained or damage incurred due to misuse, nor can we
assume
customer
liability. The foregoing is made in lieu
of all warranties either expressed or implied. All
repairs or replacements to the original product will be
made
exclusively by STATT Composites.
No
costs associated with outside repairs will be accepted unless
authorized, in
advance, by a
representative of STATT Composites. Applicable
law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of
liability or incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not
apply
to
you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price,
we
reserve the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for product listed at
the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged.
If
your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your
order is
cancelled, we shall
issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount
of
the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you when you

Return Policy
If you have any concerns with an item, please contact us immediately. We stand behind our quality
materials and
craftsmanship and will gladly exchange or refund your purchase if you
are not
totally
satisfied.
Returns will be
accepted for 15
days from the date of original sale if the product is defective or
damaged or
we made an error in filling your order. It
is the buyers responsibility to ship
the
unused item back to STATT
Composites in the original packaging. Please
contact us for
authorization before
returning any merchandise.
Refund credit for returned merchandise
will be calculated
less shipping expense.
