Shipping
Charges are based on the size, weight and destination of
the
shipment with no additional handling
fees. All orders are shipped
from Moorpark, California. We
ship by UPS, FedEx, and Parcel
Post
(United States Postal Service) always looking for the best way to ship
the
order with your
needs in mind; fast, reliable and cost effective. UPS next day, 2nd day and 3 day
service can be
requested for most orders and will be billed accordingly.
Shipments are packaged with care to
reasonably ensure that
the products will arrive safely and
free of damage. Always check
the condition of the package for
damage as delivery of all
merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier. If
you receive a damaged package you must file a
claim with the delivering carrier
as soon as possible. Also notify us of damaged shipments and we
will assist you
with your claim with the carrier.
Orders
Normal business hours are
from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(Pacific Time) Monday through Friday.
We
accept orders online, by phone and email. Payment
is accepted exclusively through PAYPAL
providing you with a
number of payment options.
Orders are shipped the same day they are
received. Email notification of order
status will be
provided.
Sales tax
California
residents must include 8.25% state sales tax when ordering. Merchandise shipped out
of state is not
taxable.
Prices
STATT Composites
reserves the right to change prices,
product descriptions, make corrections
and alter company policies without
notice. If the changes affect your
order, we will notify you
before we ship and confirm that it is acceptable to
you
Back Orders
Orders or portions
of orders for items that are temporarily
out of stock will be placed on back
order and shipped immediately when
available. If we anticipate an extended
delay, we will notify
you and discuss options with you.
Returns
If you have any
concerns with an item, please contact us
immediately. We stand behind our quality
materials and craftsmanship and will
gladly exchange or refund your purchase if you are not totally
satisfied.
Returns will be accepted for 15 days from
date of original
sale if the product is defective or
damaged or we made an error in filling your
order. It is the buyers responsibility to ship the
unused item back to STATT Composites in the original
packaging. Please contact us for
authorization before
returning any merchandise.
Refund credit for returned merchandise
will be calculated
less shipping expense.
